After the national news (generally about bikey gangs and government scandal about Ute dealers) is the ACA programme. 'A Current Affair' is usually about some lame story, tonight's was particularly brilliant. Some mother of an Aussie Cricketer spent 20 minutes slagging off his girlfriend saying she had stolen her son from her. They have been together 3 years, this stupid woman looked terrible bitching about her family life. This was apparently headline news....
Today we spent up in Ikea again, we have now furnished our bedroom, I'll spend next few days getting ' Ikea Allen key repetitive injury' no doubt. We have dark wooden furniture.
We then hit 'freedom. a bit like Habitat at home and bought a dinner service and saucepans etc.
Had the car pretty loaded up but it managed it well. Just have to go back one more time for a set of drawers that wouldn't fit in.
Had a wonderful delivery of post form my folks, an update letter, it was superb to read and will be well received each month.
Its funny to think we set of from blighty 4 weeks ago today, I'm not sure where the time has gone, the days fly by, before we know it we will be back in England for a few weeks.
Ive attached a few brief pics of flat, as you can see its a bit of a mess but Kitchen/Living are is coming together.
