Day Twenty Four

Monday....

Had an early false start this morning, we were meant to collect our washing machine at 9am, but due to a mix up on the van hire this didn't happen. Spent morning sorting out internet for house etc and then we went to register the car.

The RTA office (place where you get driving licences, MOTs etc) was a bit of an interesting experience. It was scary to see people collecting driving licenses, some so young I felt old and others so old it is scary they are on road, for instance one old boy was dropping his walking stick and was unable to bend down to get it and this is a man collecting his driving license.

We did a bit of shopping and spent rest of afternoon at Willoughby sorting out other stuff on the internet connection here.

We are having another go at washing machine collection at 9am so are staying in Willoughby tonight.

I can transfer my Amex card here I think so that should ease things a bit.

It's still cold here, was very cold overnight, hopefully it will warm up soon!

Hard to believe its day 24 already, will be a month on Saturday, how did that happen!

Probably wont be an update tomorrow as we'll be interneless in Glebe, more on Weds if not.
