Day Twenty Eight

Today was mainly spent putting together Ikea wardrobes, much fun....still it's good to have some wardrobe space and finally unpack our suitcases properly after 4 weeks.

I cant believe its day 28 already, I don't know where 4 weeks have gone. This time 4 weeks ago we were stuck on the second leg of our flight out.

We had a healthy lunch at home, we have set ourselves a bit of a weight loss target before we go back to UK in September. Hopefully we can stick to it!

We did some more stuff at home and then hit Bunnings. Bunnings is like B&Q but a bit more old school, full of blokes trying to help, very reminiscent of the old HW shops at home. Four Candles anyone...

We had dinner in Willoughby so we can use internet. I've sat here and applied for 2 more jobs, one a permenant one in the events sector kind of and the other a six month IT contract job, very similar to what I was doing in UK. Its good money so hopefully that might come my way.

Tomorrow its back to the football, we plan to walk there, its 4km from our house to the SCG.

That's it for another week, roll on the weekend.

Take care all...

Oh and PS, thanks to an Oxfam buddy who emigrated to Adelaide for my new Blog pic of Opera house, and roll on England in the cricket...
