Wednesday
We got up around 8.30 and finished off our packing. At 10 we shipped out of the apartment and made our way to Penny and Johns to say goodbye to Penny (Anna's mum). After that we drove to Anna's place for lunch. Was very nice and then it was time to say goodbye to her.
Once that was done it was off to airport.
We got ourselves all checked in and made our way through to departures. All too soon it was time to say goodbye to Hazel, these moments are never easy and it's to know what to say. A tearful goodbye and she was off through to international departures.
It was funny both our planes pushed back almost together, I watched as her Jetstar flight took her off to Singapore and then we took off back to Sydney.
Back to Sydney and the cold, we were picked up by Carol and made our way back home and bed.
