I've got a pig of a cold, spent the day at work, sneezing and blowing my nose constantly. How pleasant not! Got a call form one of my corporates late afternoon asking me where I was. They had not actually properly invited me to do the talk to them so it's been rescheduled.
Came home and had a Skype call with folks and sister.
Thought it would be interesting to check out house prices back in London. Interestingly both the flats either side of mine are currently for sale. One is on at 199K, the other at 239K...massive difference. I'll just ride it out for a while longer before selling.
Hope my tenants are not causing everyone to sell up hahaha.
