Sunday 4th July
We got up and sorted ourselves out at Willoughby. We then drove to Newtown to get some stuff for me before heading to the airport. We went to the airport primarily to pick up Bill and Carol from their trip to Adelaide but also to drop me off so I could fly up top Brisbane.
Oxfam asked me to go up there and help them asses the potential of running our event up there. My task during the trip will be to look at the potential checkpoints.
our Met my boss at the departure gate and we flew up on an easy 1hr 5 minute flight. Met our other colleague from Melbourne there and picked up the hire car (a sporty Holden SV6). Checked intoaccommodation and off to bed.
