Saturday 4th January
We got up and fed the pets in Willoughby before making our way to the SCG to meet Pru and Paul to spend the day at the second day of the fifth test of the Ashes series. It was a scorching day and we sat in direct sunlight all day.
England played terribly (not that it mattered as they have already lost the first four tests already in the series.
We left at about 5pm to come home to let the dog back inside.
We had a leisurely evening in front of the TV keeping an eye on flight SQ318 as the folks headed back across Europe to home.
We spoke to Adelaide on the phone and caught up with all of them as Bil and Carol spend their last full day in SA with Chris and Hannah.
