A really bad nights sleep, woke up at 3am in the midst of a horrid night. Read all about it here

Couldn't get back to sleep until about 4am.
Got up and did a day at work. Nothing too exciting day, reviewing the event and some excitement of envelope stuffing...not.
Cooked Chicken and special fried rice tonight.
