Fairly usual day at work although lots of meetings and telecons this afternoon. Good call with Sydney in the evening.

Day Nine Hundred
Day 900....
Tuesday, fairly normal day at work, got turfed out of office just before lunchtime due to a fire alarm.
Kate and I took a walk along the river after work.

Day Eight Hundred and Ninety Nine
Monday
Another day off for me as I'm still using up my TOIL.
Dropped Kate to work and then dropped the car into the garage for it's service. Just a cheap interim service to top up oils etc. We only had a major 90K service last year and have only put 10k on the clock in that time. Walked home from garage, only took 15 mins.
Didn't do much at home before heading back for car in the afternoon. Picked up Kate, we did some food shopping and home. back to work tomorrow.

More Christmas shopping at Chermside and I invested in an IPhone. 16 years of using Nokias and I've finally made the switch. I'm on an Iphone 4S 64GB. I wonder in years to come how I'll look back at this posting and laugh at how antique the technology seems.
Wrapped some pressies in the afternoon, Skyped folks and watched telly.

Day Eight Hundred and Ninety Seven
Saturday
We went out for breakfast, Kates treat and headed to Eves down by the river which was nice. We went and did a few bits and pieces at new farm shops.
This evening we went the the movies to see 'The Ides of March' was pretty good, I rate it a 8/10. The Palace Centro cinema is a great little venue.

Stinkingly humid day in Brisbane, still no sight of rain yet. More map books reviews, almost got a draft to send to print house.
Had lunch out in China town with some of the old TW team from last years event.
Skyped folks in evening.

Kate and I went out to some of the trail locations to take some photos for my trail marshal documentation. then headed into the city to do more Christmas shopping.
